个人简介:

Personal Profile:

长期从事集成光流控芯片研发与传感应用研究。光流控代表微流控和光学的有机结合,常被用来通过光操控和检测流体,也可通过流体实现光调制。通过发展集成光流控芯片将极大提升分析系统性能(如小型化,集成化,高通量,高灵敏,可原位等)并为前沿科学问题的研究提供分析工具支持。前期研究在微流控芯片中集成了一系列微纳光学结构(光开关、微透镜、微棱镜、微反射镜、克雷奇曼型表面等离子体共振结构等),并探索了该类集成光流控芯片在生物传感和环境监测中的应用,如蛋白-核酸液液相分离凝聚体界面沉积与浓度原位观测,高灵敏多通道吸收分析、基于微流体切换瞬时折光界面的超灵敏水环境总溶解性固体实时分析等。相关研究成果发表于ACS Sensors, Analytical Chemistry, Sensors and Actuators: B, Lab on a chip等期刊。
